Roles and Responsibility of Temporary Project Assistant Intern
1. Roles of Temporary Project Assistant
Temporary Assistant Staff is expected to the following rolls:
a) Works with internal and external parties to assist major projects of Korean Innovation Center (KIC).
b) Assist the staff for communication, arrangement, accommodation, and tracking/
Reporting by labors/ service necessary to facilitate the project/ program schedule and activities including startup challenge program
c) Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing;
d) Must be thinking to act based on logical reasoning and analytical thinking.
e) Must be able to take multiple tasks at the same time
f) Must be pleasant telephone manner; able to "think on feet" when dealing with callers;
customer service oriented "can do" approach to work.
g) Knowledge of computers; specifically, experience in Microsoft Office or Hangul Office is preferable.
h) Reports all necessary information to the staff to listen feedbacks and instruction.


2. Responsibilities of Temporary Project Assistant
This position is responsible for assisting the KIC Office managers and staffs in managing and facilitating the activities of KIC including startup challenge program
a) Answer to all incoming calls as directed appropriately
b) Handling necessary emails and physical mails outgoing/incoming as directed
c) Assist all administrative aspects of workshop/seminars and other events including registrations, confirmations, certificates, badges &evaluations, preparation and mailing of materials to seminar sight
d) Assist managers and staffs in the processing of necessary registrations,
preparation of packets, badges and delegate materials for KIC Program
e) Assist to produce data, perform data entry, and generate information as
appropriate
f) Assist to file of materials in general files area
g) Assist to make reservation for the spaces of purported KIC activities in advance
h) Be familiar with functions of staffs so as to enable him/her to assume the duties of the staffs in his/her absence.
i) May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for
the develop
