Position: Office Receptionist / Customer Service Rep
About the Job: Vision Martial Arts is the leading Martial Arts Wholesale/Retail supplier in the USA for over 30 years. Vision MA is the exclusive USA distributor of the brand Tusah which is a World Taekwondo recognized brand and now a Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Boxing and MMA brand.
Vision MA is seeking a motivated and talented individual to fill this full time position at our San Leandro/Oakland office.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Assisting the Sales Rep to perform admin duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other sales platforms in a timely and professional manner
Perform duties to assist walk-in customers for pick up orders, adjustments, recording, communication with sales reps/warehouse employees, etc.
Managing online retail orders, collaborating with the shipping and fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of orders
Provide product information and assist with placing orders
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner
Process customer returns and exchanges
Handle any necessary report generation and any general administration tasks
Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by managers
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Knowledge of basic software applications including MS Office and Excel
Ability to learn and work with ERP system
Accuracy and attention to detail including close checking and monitoring of work processes
Possess knowledge of business principles, administrative skills & communication skills
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Perform tasks with coworkers through responsibility and timely manner
Fluency in English/Korean language. Speaking, Writing, Listening
Job Type: Full-time 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Negotiated during interview
