시민권 신청을 혼자 하려고 합니다. 모든 조건은 다 갖추었는데 몇가지 질문이 대답하기가 애매해서 글 올립니다.
질문)

D. Good Moral Character.
For the purposes of this application, you must answer ''Yes'' to the following questions, if applicable, even if your records were sealed or otherwise cleared or if anyone, including a judge, law enforcement officer or attorney, told you that you no longer have a record.
15. Have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were not arrested?
18. Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense
17. Have you ever been charged with committing any crime or offense?
16. Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason?
어떤분이 교통법규 위반 티켓을 받은것도 적어야 한다고 그러는데 사실인지요?
만약 사실이면 위 질문에 대한 답을 어떻게 해야 하는지요
영주권을 2002년1월에 받았는데 그 이후에는 어떤 교통법규 위반 티켓을 받은적이 없습니다.
2000년 겨울쯤에 속도 위반 티켓한번 받은적 있고 그 전에도 한 2번정도 티켓 받은적 있는데 심각한건 아니고 그냥 일반적인 교통법규 위반 티켓이였습니다.
경험 있으신 분이나 이 질문에 대한 답을 확실히 잘 아시는분 좀 알려 주세요.(잘못하면 시민권을 못 받을수도 있기에 확실하지 않은 대답은 고맙지만 사양해야 할거 같네요)

어떤분이 교통법규 위반 티켓을 받은것도 적어야 한다고 그러는데 사실인지요?
