my question:
what if i wish to open my main office by using seoul address?
compared to opening my business in USA?
i wish to pay my income tax to korean governement, rather to USA.

if you do business in the USA, then you have to pay income taxes in the states. you can have your main office anywhere you want, but still you end up paying income taxes where you operate your business. good luck with your new business though.
