Hancock (pictured) said she had two to four drinks at Peabody’s Nightclub, which turned out to be twice the legal limit of alcohol in her bloodstream when she was tested after the crash

US Coastguard technician Daniel Dill died when he was struck by a DUI driver on Interstate 264 in Virginia


Daniel Dill was driving to collect his wife Natalie (pictured) and her friends who were out in a bar celebrating her 27th birthday when he was struck by Melissa Hancock's car 


Dill (pictured) was described as kind, loving and compassionate by family members in court
