This is the stunning 10-story luxury condo where Tom Cruise will move into in Clearwater, Florida in the upcoming year 


&nbspThe penthouse fills the top two floors of the condominium, dubbed The SkyView, and features an entire room dedicated to a flight simulator


An aerial image of the house shows an unfinished private pool on the roof 


The apartment building is in the heart of downtown Clearwater, a coastal city in Florida with a strong Scientology presence 


Cruise, a longtime member of the Church of Scientology, will live yards away from the church, and just a few blocks from the church's Flag Building 


The plan also shows the luxurious pad features a private entrance with a car elevator as well as a personal garage that can fit up to nine vehicles


It is believed Cruise will live in the posh pad with his son Connor, 23, who recently moved to Clearwater 


Cruise's penthouse palace had been in the works for a few years, as reports show millionaire Scientologist Moises Agami submitted development plans back in 2015


Cruise's reported penthouse (pictured in this mockup) will feature stunning views of the Intercoastal Waterway


Cruise will also have a private swimming pool on his roof - complete with a pool terrace, pool dining area, garden, and pool kitchen 


The plan also shows a theater room, projection room, and a large office 


The second story of Cruise's penhouse shows the car elevator (top left) which takes vehicles up to his private nine-car garage 


A blueprint of the home shows the penthouse's massive floorplan which includes a room dedicated to a 'flight simulator', a private bridge, and multiple storage rooms 


Clearwater, Florida has a large Scientology presence and the church has reportedly swallowed up over $1 billion worth of real estate in the area and effectively 'owns' downtown
