I am looking for a female professional to move into a 2 bedroom apartment located in Upper Haight, San Francisco. This place is a 1 bedroom apartment converted into 2 bedroom. You will be moving into an actual bedroom.
Common Space:
Full Kitchen -- Refrigerator, two sinks, dining table for four, stove, oven, and cabinets. Kitchen is very spacious.
Full Bathroom -- Large window for ventilation, shower and bathtub
Your Room
11'x17' =187 sqft [Room]
6'x5'= 30 sqft [Personal walk- in closet]
217sqft Total
Your room is an actual room with a door that gives you complete privacy. This room has a huge walk in closet, bay windows and lots of sunlight during the day.
Your roommate
Works at an Architecture Firm
Works M-F 8:30- 6:00pm
Easy going
Likes to relax during the week but enjoys having a glass of wine with co-workers and friends
Respects your privacy, space, schedule and would like the same in return
Keep the common space clean

3 Story building with in-building washer and dryer.
Location
Centrally located to public transportation (N Judah, several Bus lines)
Right by Whole foods.
Apple and Google buses have pick up/ drop off stops on Haight.
Quick walk to restaurants and bars in Cole Valley and Haight street.
Right by Golden Gate Park / Pan handle
Several Yoga places around the block including Bikram Yoga
Move- in Cost:
Monthly rent is [$1200 + Utilities (Comcast, Electricity)]. Roughly monthly utility comes out to be $60-70 per person. Prior to moving in, you will be paying First Month Rent + $1200.00 deposit.
Move in date starting on July 1st, but can be sooner.
