I found a house and want to buy 100% CASH($500,000 home price).
Can I submit offer now with $400,000+ in the bank?
Since I have only 80% of full price($400K+) in the bank and will receive $100K+ from Korea in a week or two.
Do they accept offer with 80% of full cash price in my bank?
Or I have to wait until full $500,000+ transferred.
Please advice. Thanks!

contingency시간을 넉넉히?3주정도.. 잡으세요. 그리고 그안에 송금 받으시면 깔끔합니다. 그리고 지금 가지고계신 80%/bank statement를 복사해 오퍼에 넣어verification fumd보여주시면 됩니다. 요즘에 cash 오퍼면 Seller들이 좋아합니다. 좋은 딜로 사시길 기원합니다.

You only need initial deposti for now when submitting an offer. It's up to you but usually 2 or 3% for initial deposit is recommended because the seller might think you are a serious buyer. You need the full cash at the end of escrow.

When you submit an offer, you don't have to have the full cash amount. As long as you have the earnest money, you can submit an offer without any problem. An earnest money is usually 3 % of the purchasing price in this area.
It depends on the seller accepting your offer. Because it it hard to get a mortgage loan these days, your offer has a better chance to be accepted if you are buying with full cash without any loan. Good luck!
그리고 Earnest Money란 오퍼를 넣을때 필요한 돈입니다. 옛날에는 3%정도 줬는데 예를들어 400K집에 $6000정도 넣어도 선생님의 offer가 괜찮고 multiple offer가 없을것 같으면 받아주는 Seller들이 많습니다.
