6%-3.5%= 2.5%라 굉장히 Save 하셨네요.
예) 100만불 짜리 집:
($1000000*6%=$60000)-($1000000*3.5%=$35000)=$25000 Wow, You saved this amount.

정말 Discount Broker를 쓰면 Commision 을 Save 하죠.
Zip Realty 에서도 자신들이 Save한 Commision을 자랑하듯이 선전하죠.
문제는 같은 시기, 같은 동네 비슷한 집을 내놓았을 때 부동산 commision 2~3% 보다는10만 ~20만불을 더 받아 주는 Broker 가 진짜로  Save 한 것인데 Commison 몇푼 아끼려다 큰 돈을 손해보는데 아마 Discount Brokerage 는 별능력-집 가격을 많이 받아 준다거나 빨리 팔게 해준다는 것 같은-이 없으니, 부동산 Commision 으로 소비자들이나 우롱하는 하고 있군요.
Zip Realty, Help-U-Sell, Assist-U-Sell 이런 Discount Broker가 아무리 Save를 한다 할찌라도 Market 의 10%도 안되는 것은 무엇을 뜻하는건지...
그리고 Buyer's agent 를 집이 나 찾아 주는 사람으로 취급하면 멍청한 home buyer죠. (왜냐하면 Realtor.com 과 같은 Web site 을 부동산 회사가 owned)
