We have a proven record of a 30-year operating history, large portfolio of approximately 2,426 registered novel patents and 160 pending novel patent applications and extensive engineering and manufacturing process expertise.
Job Description
MagnaChip USA is looking for a professional inside sales/ customer service representative who can cross-functionally work with various internal teams to support USA based accounts. The job function also includes proactively seeking to improve operational processes and performing to support the business and various functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Execute daily tasks that include, but are not limited to:
Processing purchase orders in SAP and Microsoft Access database on a daily basis with 100% accuracy
Monitoring wafers’ movement - timely scheduling of wafer starts, on-time transferring of engineering products to production status, and following up
Assisting customers’ need by providing excellent and professional customer service
Expanding customer relationship
Maintaining active interface with the various teams at the headquarter in Korea
• Understand, analyze, and respond to work flow/procedure promptly
• Manage and collect monthly revenue forecast and data trends
• Manage and follow up with accurate and timely project management
Requirements and Qualifications
• BA/BS degree
• Bilingual in Korean and English is highly preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience preferred
• Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus, but not required
• Experience in customer service and dealing with clients
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge in SAP skill is a plus, but not required
• Proactive and willingness to work in a team environment; team player
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized to ensure accuracy in completion of tasks
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
• Motivated self-starter and fast-learner able to work independently with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Adaptable and flexible to take on new challenges
