Administrative Assistant:
- Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to the office Report to the HR manager
- Liaison between all departments
- Maintain office files and other records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Distribute interoffice mail as needed
- Assist with conference set-ups as required
- Provide front desk support in the main lobby support for guests, visitors and the company's employees
- Greet and welcome visitors to the company
- Assists visitors with signing in and securing a visitors badge
- Manage calendars, coordinate work flow, prioritize critical actions, scan and archive documents, arrange meetings and facilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepare itineraries and expense reports
Associate degree or higher with 2+ years administrative experience preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English
Korean speaking is preferred
Computer/IT/internet literacy and Microsoft office fluency is required
Able to work independently as a self-starter as well as with a team
Requirements and Qualifications
Ability to interface with administrators of all levels
Must be flexible, willing to help out wherever needed
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
