Job Title: Customer Support Representative / Office Administrator (1 person)
Reports To: Financial Controller and CEO
Job Overview: This position in our San Jose office requires a high level of client interaction in providing exceptional customer support and service. This position is responsible for communication with customers to resolve their requests and concerns. You will provide assistance for operational and administrative tasks in the day to day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
● Answering phone calls and email from customers
● Generate shipping label and drop off at UPS store
● Organize inventory in & out, inspection for returned items
● Scheduling and supporting administrative tasks
● Coordinate company’s events
● Submitting and reconciling expense receipt and reports
● Other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
● Experience: 1-3 years of relevant area experiences
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent organizational skills
● Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word with experience in other programs
● Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
