Mountain View에 위치한 4 bed/3.5 bath 타운하우스에 마스터 룸 하나를 렌트합니다. 8월부터 입주 가능이지만, 조정 가능합니다^^ 집은 West Middlefield Rd 근처에 있으며 걸어서 0.5 마일 안에 Starbucks, Safeway 등의 편의시설이 있습니다. 구글, 링크드인, MS 등의 회사와 근접해 있습니다.
1층에는 주방, 거실, 작은 화장실 (0.5 bath), 주차장 (2대 주차 가능, 세탁기와 건조기)이 있고, 2층에는 화장실이 딸려있는 마스터 베드룸 2개와 화장실을 쉐어하는 베드룸 2개, 그리고 독립된 화장실이 하나 있습니다. 그 중 가장 큰 마스터 룸 렌트 합니다. 방안에는 아주 큰 화장실과 발코니, 그리고 두개의 큰 옷장이 있습니다.
We are looking for a new housemate for our amazing townhouse in Mountain View. The room will be available from August 1st.
The home is conveniently located between many companies like Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Intuit and downtown Mountain View. There is a Safeway, restaurants, and other shops within a 0.5 mile radius.
About the house:
- Serene and beautifully landscaped front and back yard with lots of trees and flowers.
- A/C and the heater work very well
- The living room, kitchen and 0.5 bathroom, and the wine cellar are on the 1st floor.
- Four rooms are on the 2nd floor
- The living room is fully furnished with big sofas, table, TV, etc.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large dining table, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, plates, utensils, etc.
- The house has a washer/dryer in the unit.
- The house has a garage for 2 cars
- 1st floor is Hardwood Floor
Price:
- The biggest master bedroom $1575
- Refundable deposit for 1-month rent
- 1 year lease
- Utilities(Internet, gas, elasticities, water & sewer) are not included. Usually $80-90 per person
- garage $50/month
