Must be dog-friendly (she’s small and likes scratches but isn’t needy. She hangs out in the bedroom for the most part but loves to cuddle if you’re on the sofa)
Easy access to SF (15 min on the NL bus to Salesforce Transit Center) and downtown Oakland
5-10 min drive to: Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target, BART (12th, 19th, and West Oakland stations), 580/980/80 freeways, IKEA / Emeryville shopping center

Utilities: shared between tenants
Move-in date: January/February (can be flexible)
Your roommate: 32-yr-old female, Bay Area native, Healthcare professional working remotely. Respectful, friendly, loves baking and staying active, down to hang out but also mindful of your space and energy.
Community: Newly built in 2019. We have an amazing FB group to stay connected and look out for each other (e.g. neighbors will hold onto your packages if you’re away or message you if the garage was accidentally left open).
